I live at Cascades at Northlake Cortland, in North ********* I've been here for almost 3 years now and it's just spiraling downhill. My rent increased by almost $200 and no increase in customer service. The property manager is a complete disappointment. I've sent numerous emails, plenty of calls, face to face visits, and nothing gets resolved (that's if she responds). It's currently been 9 days since my last message to her and still waiting for a reply. The buildings are disgusting, they need to be power washed, the valet tr... read more

There has been a large increase to violence within the Cortland University apartments on baseline road in *********. My granddaughter has seen firsthand squatters living on property using and dealing drugs, she had her car broken into multiple times, as well as maintenance men carrying firearms to residence homes. ***************** are aware of these issues but the young ladies have not done anything about it. Many residence fear for their lives, my granddaughter has video of two of the events mentioned. Please anything you ... read more

We lived here for almost 3 years. We loved the apartment and property. We moved. Did all things requested, written 60 day notice, cleaning list completed. Even for assurance paid the $150.00 fee for them to do an express cleaning. But when sent a final ****. They are trying to charge a $ ****** fee for fumigation claiming the apartment smelled. We had an issue for over a year and e-mailed 3 complaints about a cigarette sell coming through our vents. The problem was never corrected. When contested this. They changed the story... read more

Is there ANY decent property management company that exists in ******************?? I had high hopes when the tenants were told a new property management team would be replacing our current one. I was wrong; they might be worse. Dealing with the same issues: no one ever answers the phone, submitted maintenance requests are never resolved (Ive needed a kitchen lightbulb for 2 months now), the pool and gym that we pay for has been closed for over 2 years, they doubled the monthly trash fee (when we never had trash valet), the ... read more
