We sat at the bar and had some appetizers, drinks and sandwiches. Service was great. Drunks and apps were delicious.

Recommended by a friend and enjoyed eating here with family. We had to wait a while after our reservation time but worth the wait with such a busy place. The chicken pot pie and farmhouse platter were excellent and service from our waiter was spot on. Definitely a place for a nice meal in DC without breaking the bank for the family.
Excellent food. Service top notch and the manager was the real deal. Wish we lived closer to visit more often...
The cornbread skillet was a great start. Delicious. I paired it with a cocktail they named the Cucumber Delight. For my entree, a hard choice to make.... I choose Braised Short Ribs. Paired with warm sautéed spinach and pickled potato salad. The cold salad against the other warm items were a delicious combination. Highly recommend- just suggest reservations!
The stuffed french toast with the fresh strawberries and fresh whipped cream is my favorite thing to get. It is the absolute best - like a light breakfast dessert, if you are into that kind of thing! I get that every time I go, which is once in a blue moon. One day I will venture out (unlikely). The hash browns with leeks, eggs (well seasoned) and the freshly squeezed OJ is pretty good too. Highly recommended.
