I had been waiting to visit Founding Farmers after receiving feedback that the food was good. I was forewarned about the crowds and lack of service but I decided to give it a try anyway. I did not book a reservation, because I was not sure what time my tour would end. Upon arrival, I was given a wait time of 1 hr and 15 mins. (No, that is not a typo). We were in town on business from Cleveland and found this place. Great farm to table restaurant. Had a great meal, good drinks. Waiter was super helpful and we did not feel rushed even thought they were very busy. Reservations are a must.

Friggin' Amazin'... Loved every bit of it. Worth every penny... Get a reservation though.
