The Ohio Basement Authority was a great choice! The crew (Nick F, Rob M, Allan G, and Dan the electrician) were amazing. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and they were respectful of my home! Joe ***** was very helpful during the initial appointment. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood what work was actually needed without trying to sell me things I didn't need. High pressure, unethical sales tactics left me paying a non-refundable $4,000 deposit for work that doesn't need to be done. They prey on unknowledgeable homeowners and use scare tactics. They sold me on an interior perimeter drain that would tear up our entire finished basement. They couldn't answer my questions and it just seemed too fishy. Clay and his team were prompt and worked long days to provide a safe, secure, and much more level floor for our home. I feel great knowing the encapsulated crawl space will no longer add to the mold and moisture causing the old floor joists to fail. We couldnÂ’t be more happy.

In the last 5 days we have had 4 different home inspectors at our house in Ottawa, KS. We have been told some crazy things and quoted as high as *** for what wouldn't have even come close to solving our home needs. However, today we had the first helpful and knowledgeable person come out. Codi ****** (Certified Field Inspector) with Foundation Recovery Systems was amazing. Vaden and Alex did a great job with the install of our egress window and actually finished it in one day. The planning and financing was another story. We were told the special financing wouldn't start until the week before our project and that was a lie. It started an entire month before and on top of that rescheduled twice.
