Wesley from Alpha Foundations came out because we had noticed some cracking along the blocks of the exterior walls. There had been some runoff and erosion along the side of the house at one time,, but I had been trying to control it.. Wesley and I walked the perimeter and he agreed that with the amount of cracking, an inspection was due. We are very happy with how everything went with Ohio Basement Authority coming out and water proofing my basement. Steven B. and his crew, Daniel H., Josiah C., and Jose A. were very respectful and polite. They did a great job keeping me updated and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I had my annual maintenance completed by Ohio Basement Authority for my house dehumidifier and two sump pumps. Mitchell ******** the technician who did the work was very professional, technically competent, efficient and above all, friendly. Mitchell was on time and called prior to his arrival.
