Steven B. and Daniel H. were great to work with! IÂ’m a hard core DIYer but had to constract this work due to health issues. Zeek in sales and Steven as the job foreman were incredibly flexible and took the time to understand what work I wanted them to do and what I would be doing myself. This was a great experience!!

Alpha Foundations was a pleasure with whom to work. They sent a educational volume prior to coming, so as to have some idea of what the work entailed. They were on target with cost. Had had three other estimates. They kept me in the know on arrival date and time. They were in uniforms(very impressed with that). Would recommend them strongly.
They tried to scam me out of money. I hired a different company!!! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY

I hired Tar Heel to install a drainage system in my basement. When the crew showed up, they backed their truck into the lawn without asking first. They were polite, but I would not call them professional when they wore their pants at the top of their thighs and below their ass. The crew also did not know what they were doing. They installed less linear feet than the contract required and did not install the access ports in the gutter system properly. Workers turned a two day job into three. Showed up late and worked about six hours the first two days. They pull my outlet of the beam in my crawl space and laid it on the ground in the crawl space. This is where they left it for me to fix. They also ripped my duct work out of the trunk and left that laying in the crawl space for me to fix.
