Serf BÂ’s team of Ivan and Joel did an absolute great job of waterproofing my basement along with the installation of a new sump pump. They were on time both days of construction and explained everything they were doing along the way. They were courteous and kept the work site clean. When finished they swept the floor and walked me through the site to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I made the right choice having Ohio Basement Authority do this work. Serg B and his crew get an A+

Carlos Alfaro, Service Manager, was prompt, polite, professional during our appointment. He is very knowledgeable and explained the solution to a problem I was having to my satisfaction.
