We had three guys that came to our house today Brayden D., Zane P., and Jordan A. From Ohio Basement Authority. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Was the first time I used them and have absolutely no reservations about using them again. Carlos and his two associates were great and so was the office staff. They need to clone Carlos!

They were completely professional. They were respectful and helpful, informative and went the extra mile. They even replanted a rose bush that was in earthed. Jared was very good at explaining the issues we faced and providing answers to our questions. Chad, Artemio, and Gabe were quick, thorough and efficient. Outstanding outcome. My goal was to stabilize a small change in the foundation to stop any damage that might occur with any more sinking. After speaking with the field inspector ( a young man that was both knowledgeable and polite) he quoted a firm price with a discount for cash payment on completion of the job.
