My experience with Tar Heel Basement Systems was exceptional. The Production Mgr. Bobby ******** along with Jeremy were on time and were quick to get started They were consistently working and went above and beyond to make sure that our project was exactly what we wished. We had the front porch concrete slab lifted along with an area of the walkway and driveway! Steven ********** did a complete and efficient maintenance check for our basement yesterday, 2-12-21, regarding the extensive work OBA did here in 2019. He was helpful, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions and concerns, and was kind enough to point out a small leak on a sink fixture, one I had not been able to locate myself.

Tar Heel Basement Systems installed the drainage system in my basement. I have had many contractors in my house over the past 10 years for major renovations to smaller jobs. Tar Heel Basement Systems (Robert and Steve) hav by far exceeded every contractor in quality of work, professionalism, and work ethic. Robert and Steve took their time to do everything perfectly.
