Jeff Taylor from Ohio Basement Authority was out yesterday to fix a drainage issue. I appreciate his expertise, professionalism and knowledge that he shared with me. I would definitely recommend OBA.
I can't say enough good things about Ohio Basement Authority, specifically Zeke. He's been patient, professional and knowledgeable of the foundation work that needs done with my home. He's been out multiple times, and devised a plan to move forward. I can't think of any other company that would be better suited to handle the work for my house. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience from OBA from beginning to end. They were our third of three quotes for our basement to have static beams installed against our basement walls. Before meeting with John, our sales person, we pretty sure that we were going to go with the second one. However, we were impressed with the options that John, our salesperson, laid out for us. I was extremely pleased with the recent annual service I received from Chad Carr. He is very knowledgeable about his job and conducts himself in a professional manner.
I have had 3 companies come to inspect my moms mobile home foundation and none took the time to thoroughly go under the house and really pinpoint the problem. From measuring with high tech devices to spending more than 15 minutes under the house, Aaron and his equally capable associate were outstanding. Their knowledge, professional manners, and pure old American courtesy was a breath of fresh air in todayÂ’s dog-eat-dog commercial culture. Thanks!
Peak Structural is always awesome! Jacob ******* service tech, was just at my property and did a thorough job of power washing my front steps and back patio, which were coated with PennTek a few years back by Peak. He was friendly, professional and hard working. It is apparent he enjoys & takes pride in his work! Also, Brian *********** Operations Manager, was also super! We chose Alpha Foundations to rework the structure beneath our house's floors and then went a big step further and contracted them to make the entire area of our crawl space into a clean space. Our salesperson, Trey, mapped our entire ground floor and then explained the anomalies he found and proposed solutions that Alpha Foundations would correct. He sold us!
