So far, so very good. From sales person David C to the two techs that injected our home slab, Shane and Addison, very professional on every level. They have completed what was stated and contracted for on time and as described. Time will of course be the final arbiter in the solution provided, fingers crossed it's permanent and at this point I have no reason to believe differently.
The work done by the polylifting crew was excellent and they were very friendly and professional. Communication with the office is out of sync with the field (the crew showed up an hour before I was told to expect them) and the office is unable to answer questions regarding potential impacts to the warranty and will not put in writing that my warranty will still be honored if I follow the foreman's advice on how to get my floor completely level again. We hired Baker's Waterproofing Company recently to do home foundation repair. The foreman Martin and his crew of Brandon and Tony installed foundation wall anchors, including some channel anchors, due to two bowing basement walls. We are very pleased with this crew. They were punctual, competent, and took time to answer any of our questions. The completed job looks great and we highly recommend this crew!

The Ohio Basement Authority was a pleasure to work with. We had a complicated issue at our work place and they were able to come the next day to provide a quote and started the job the following week. I just wanted to say thank you to Francis for all of his help leading up to the install date. Jaylon and Derek were the guys that installed our egress windows, new sump pump basin and battery backup sump pump. They were awesome throughout the entire process. All three of these gentlemen are professional, personable and I highly recommend. 2 of my neighbors have inquired about them and Ohio Basement Authority to have similar work done and these will be the people I'll be voting for!!!
