Steven ********** came out yesterday to address an issue with the dehumidifier purchased through Ohio Basement authority and to provide a scheduled service. He was very professional, and was able to quickly resolve the issue with the broken dehumidifier to my satisfaction.

Not only were they the only company that was willing to come out and give me an estimate (without charging $600 up front because I have a 120+ yr old home) the entire team was considerate, professional, and friendly. They promptly informed me of unforseen issues and worked to find affordable solutions. Excellent work from Zach H., Jameson C., Greg T., And Jordan C! Atilio, Brayan and José came out last week to install some steel support beams in my basement. They were very thorough, polite and did a great job doing the work. Appreciated getting my questions answered and also the crew doing an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. Couldn’t even tell they were here!
