Overall, OBA is pretty great! Jacob T was our inspector and was so sweet and took the time to educate me on the process. He went above and beyond to help me locate a leak coming from my refrigerator water line into the basement. The work we had done on our basement was executed to perfection. I had been having issues with my sump pump discharging into my backyard which created a swampy environment. Ohio Basement Authority was the only company I kind find to fix the problem. They ran pipe underground about 150 feet away to a storm sewer. Now I never have to worry about standing water in my yard again! I had my concrete slap leveled and sidewalk leveled. Tommy and Jeremy were FANTASTIC!!!!! They were professional and personable!! They did the job to 120% and when they were finished, you did not even know they were there! Everything was as clean as it was when they got here. I highly recommend them and the company. From the beginning to the end of the process it was professional and complete. I am VERY satisfied with the job!!

We had a service call today to check up on the work Ohio Basement Authority did installing a sump pump and a perimeter waterproofing system. Mitchell Spurlock did an excellent job of telling me what he was going to do and that if we signed a 3 or 5 year service contract we could save money. He also recommended 2 other services he thought we could benefit from and why they were important and would add to the resale value of the house. I would highly recommend Tar Heel Basement Systems for any basement waterproofing work. I have not met a more professional group of contractors than Tar Heel. Their sales executive Tim Martin was a pleasure to deal with upfront , honest and customer oriented. Ben ****** is the best salesperson IÂ’ve ever done business with. First he performed a thorough inspection of the foundation, showing us things we werenÂ’t even aware of.
