I used AFS for my crawl space fungus treatment and encapsulation, as well as pier supports after getting the main 3 companies to quote. One gave a higher quote and changed numbers after the first quote (shady) and the other rescheduled and couldn't coordinate an on-site estimate in the weeks leading up to the project- so we chose AFS. A few weeks ago when there was a major rain storm here in Colorado Springs, the force of the water coming out of the sump pump installed last Oct had made the out-take pipes running from the sump pump to the outlet to the new drain outside separate from each other, the sump pump, and the outlet to the drain outside. We were very pleased with the service that was provided to us by Alpha Foundations. Louis Papas was the representative that preformed the inspection of our crawl space, he was great at explaining his findings and what should be done to correct our sagging foundation. The technicians: Jordan, Dale and Garritt were very skilled and knowledgeable in performing the work that needed to be done.

The Ohio Basement Authority was a great choice! The crew (Nick F, Rob M, Allan G, and Dan the electrician) were amazing.
