High pressure, unethical sales tactics left me paying a non-refundable $4,000 deposit for work that doesn't need to be done. They prey on unknowledgeable homeowners and use scare tactics. They sold me on an interior perimeter drain that would tear up our entire finished basement. They couldn't answer my questions and it just seemed too fishy. Gabriel Starms arrived and was very polite and professional and didn't feel pressured in making a decision. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
Clay and his team were prompt and worked long days to provide a safe, secure, and much more level floor for our home. I feel great knowing the encapsulated crawl space will no longer add to the mold and moisture causing the old floor joists to fail. We couldnÂ’t be more happy.

In the last 5 days we have had 4 different home inspectors at our house in Ottawa, KS. We have been told some crazy things and quoted as high as *** for what wouldn't have even come close to solving our home needs. Vaden and Alex did a great job with the install of our egress window and actually finished it in one day. The planning and financing was another story. We were told the special financing wouldn't start until the week before our project and that was a lie. It started an entire month before and on top of that rescheduled twice.
