Had complete water proofing services with upgraded french drains and the replacement of one sump pump and the addition of a second battery backed up sump pump. Called two weeks ago regarding problems with the french drains and minor water flooding in the laundry room from an overflow of the french drains. Scheduled an appointment and the day of the appointment, I was advised the technician would not be able to make it for this date. I canÂ’t say enough amazing things about Travis ******** and the Ohio Basement Authority. We have worked with Travis in the past with clients. Most recently came to our rescue late one evening after we found a large amount of water in our basement. Very professional, down to earth and knowledgeable. I bought the house I grew up in after my father passed away. We had the Crawl Space incapsulated to preserve our homestead for many years ahead. Charles A (CJ) and his crew: Daniel B, Ryder B, and Ronald E, worked diligently for days to install 8 push piers to stabilize and lift our foundation on the back of our house. I never thought it was something weÂ’d need done but these guys worked hard and were very professional. IÂ’d recommend them.

My Wife and I hired Ohio Basement Authority to repair our basement walls that were sliding inward one half inch at the foundation. This was a huge job. Their sales rep. Jordan W. provided detailed information regarding what would be done and the process. He provided an estimate and offered financing if we had needed it.
