Rhye, our representative from AFS, is a pleasure to work with. He has an extensive knowledge of the system in our crawl space, and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was respectful to wear a mask and took care to keep our encapsulated crawl space clean. He is accommodating with time adjustments, and always places the customer first. My home is 50 years old and about a year ago my poured basement walls, developed cracks in a line above ground, around the entire basement. I contacted several construction companies, but they didn't know what would have caused the cracks or what to do about it, so I contacted Foundation Systems of MIchigan. Kyle and his crew were outstanding in the basement repairs they did. They pulled back and anchored a wall that was leaning in at least 6 inches. Will be having them return when more work is needed to be done
