Professional rep and company, questionable business ethics in my opinion. During the phase of getting multiple quotes (as I told them) I was pressured into a same day only deal to get 10% off, which i found out is not a thing with other companies that don't spike their initial price to give an appearance of a bargain. Having a big project that would've helped and I was told I could cancel if I changed my mind.
