Service technician Mitchell ******** was very professional and fixed a problem with drainage of my dehumidifier. He came up with an excellent solution that I think will solve the issue long term.

Contracted with Foundation Recovery Systems to raise our porch slab to remove a tripping hazzard, the salesman/tech assured us that the job would only take two to three hours, do no damage to any of the surrounding brickwork and siding. The workers who tried to lift the slab were unable to do so, they said this was common, if we had been told this we would not have contracted to have the work done. I was well pleased with the overall interaction I had with this company. They called multiple times before starting the project to make sure we were all in agreement as to start date, time, location, scope of work, etc. The technicians were courteous, prompt and very patiently answered all my questions. AFS was hired by my father as a Christmas present to correct the flooding in my basement and began work in early 2021. The first crew that came installed a new sump on the wrong side of the basement, hence the first time we received a large amount of rain after the project was complete, the basement flooded just as it had before. AFS was contacted, a second crew was sent out, and the sump was relocated to the proper area of the basement which happens to be on the opposite side. Doug, Arkadius, and Sam came out and replaced a large number of dry rotted floor joists in my crawlspace. They were courteous and professional - and a pleasure to talk with. They did an excellent job, and cleaned up the debris in the area very efficiently.
