The Mount Valley crew came and fixed all my under-the-house mold issues. It was a long process and I'm forever grateful for their thoroughness and for restoring my home to a clean place to live! They installed a dehumidifier and encapsulated all crawl spaces. I'm very pleased!

Dustin was courteous, professional, flexible, and easy to work with. He took about 10 minutes to take a thorough look at my crawl space, then explained his proposal in detail. He let me know what my options were, from the full works to the minimal work required. When asked to detail the function of some of the options and their criticality in my situation, he was very honest about it. Needed rotted sill plate replaced. Crew was on time and very courteous. Explained everything they were going to do and went right to work. Finished earlier than expected and under estimate . Cleaned up and went on their way. Very satisfied with Ohio Basement Authority .

Mr J****** did a wonderful job explaining the job and answering my questions before we signed the contract. Mr R***, Mr H***** and Mr S********* came on time, worked really hard and did a fabulous job. They constantly communicated with me throughout the process and listen to all of my questions. Clint arrived at the residence on time. He was very professional and did a thorough inspection of the property. Clint explained his findings and presented a detailed proposal to remedy the issues. He was very personable and never pressured us.

This is the second time I have had work done by OHB. Although this was a much more in depth repair. The crew that did the work was very professional and prompt when coming out to my home. We had a couple of hiccups that were taken care of promptly. They answered any questions I and my brother had and let us watch some of the work they were doing.
