Fantastic experience. Coy ***** was a fantastic field inspector, very thorough and explained everything well. The crew that installed - Stephen ****** Ilia *******, Cristofer - was great. They were timely, communicated well and made sure that we knew what was going on during installation.

Charles and Aiden did a great job. They were timely professional, took great care of my property. I would certainly recommend them to someone looking for waterproofing. It's not an easy job, it takes a lot of work. But they worked hard and accomplished what needed to be done.

Team did a great job over several days. They really make effort to “get it right.” While there were several different team members (and leads) over the 4 days, they did a quality job. The one issue, on last day, was improperly installed dehumidifier (discharge outlet jammed up/pinched against foundation wall.). Odd given great quality to that point. Good news is team of Nathan and Paul were sent by Mike to “fix it”. - and they did. Nathan and Paul were super.

I recently employed Ohio Basement Authority to stabilize the foundation on one corner of my house. Four helical piers were installed by the crew of Levi, Ryan and Tommy in less than a day, including set-up, trenching, pier installation, breakdown and clean-up.
