A leaning chimney has been the dread of homeownership for me the past two years. It has caused the roof of my addition to buckle and leak. It has kept me up at night. In addition to other work, I hired this company to install a sump pump last year. It was not properly installed and there were multiple follow ups by a more professional and experienced tech to mitigate the problems. Although it took months to do, I thought everything was finally squared away as the sump pump works great now. Thank goodness for that - because they cut two of my sprinkler lines in half when they did the installation. Great experience all around. Starting with salesman Brian W**** who explained everything I needed in detail. The work crew of Adam A, Aaron B, and Tim G were awesome. Called to let me know when they were on their way. Polite and friendly when they came. When done took me thru everything they repaired and explained it.
