I had an estimator come out to my house on September 3rd to check out the problem I had in my basement after the recent torrential rain. Without looking outside to try to diagnose my problem with water getting into my basement, he gave me a quote for ****** for basement waterproofing. I signed the contract and the job was scheduled for November 4th. Mitchell Spurlock was one of the best service technicians that I have ever had. He explains everything so well and makes you feel comfortable.
Estimator came to house was very thorough and seemed knowledgeable. Did the 90 min or so walk through to determine game plan and come up with a price. Loved the game plan and thought price was fair. Agree to move forward with project, they get me to sign up for financing via ***** everything was good to go. 2 weeks later they send their techs out to start job and they basically came to house looked at basement and said it was too much work and needed to be estimated again.
