I believe I was a victim of the old bait and switch routine. I sat with a so called “certified foundation inspector” whom I believed knew what he was talking about. The salesman/inspector did his inspection then we talked about what me home/foundation needs were. I reviewed his repair estimate and actually rejected his first contract due to a timing issue. We talked more through emails and calls and finally agreed on a price and work that was needed. A contract was never sent my way to sign. Three months passed and con... read more

Bob ******* from ******** ************* came to do an inspection and explain our options. He was wonderful, took a lot of time with us and answered all of our questions. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable! He was able to explain the different services that ******** offers in a way that was easy to understand along with helpful graphics.
