Overall, I had a pretty good experience here. The food was enjoyable, and there were several dishes that stood out. The shrimp and grits had good flavor, although it was a little saltier than I prefer. The fried fish was cooked well with a nice crispy texture, and the sweet potatoes were delicious and made a great side. The wings were also good—flavorful and cooked just right. I eat at Foster’s at least once a month, and it’s consistently delicious. Chef Brady is incredibly talented and clearly cares about both the food and the people he serves. My go-to favorites are the Bayou Chicken Sandwich and the Loaded Fries with Chicken — you can’t go wrong with either!
Chef Brady catered my wedding reception and the food was so good...we had to try and recreate at home. True story!! He is humble and cares about his clients. We felt like we were VIP. There's no part of the process he's not willing to do. He even made sure we were good throughout the evening! Incredible team!!
I am a student here and boy do I smell his food when I’m in class and do I buy it? I’ve had the wings I’ve had the fries. I’ve had the salads. I’ve had it. All foster foster cost or lost her. Taste so good.
Before I got to the place, people were telling me about the food! So we heard about it from a Facebook review, so we decided to try it. It was worth the drive from Up north! Everyone was nice, polite and willing to help. Lots of great options to choose from as well. Great food and we will be looking out on FB for the menu drops!!
