We ordered duck, ostrich and kobe beef. It arrived on time, perfectly packed and the product was amazing. Would order again 100%
I love everything! It's meat from this shop that taught me to eat it medium to medium rare instead of well done. Ostrich may be my favorite.... or bison? And I've discovered I REALLY like kangaroo. Then again, the prepared foods - but good, fresh food, not chemical-laden junk, are terrific - alligator gumbo and the cheese/bacon pockets are my favorite.
I saw a Fossil Farms representative at a local store yesterday and purchased the elk burgers. I made them today and they were very good :).
I was so excited to be there with my coworkers!! Thanks for the food !!!
