I placed my order on 2/7 and requested a delivery date of 2/18 since we had a chili cook off we were going to do on 2/19. We didn’t receive our order until 2/20. They said that was because they don’t ship out on Saturday and Monday was a holiday. So instead of contacting us and asking us if we’d like it shipped earlier, they just shipped it later. RecommendedImpeccable customer service - my sister purchased a gift card for me back in 2016 and I wanted to save until I really wanted something. When I went to use it, I couldn't find the email with my code. I emailed customer service with what information I had and Michele Lattanzi from their support team FOUND IT and reissued it for me!! My standing rib roast should be here this month and if it's as good as their customer service, it will be well worth the 3+ years I waited. So impressed and very excited to try their products.
I just had your Classic Handmade Reuben... the best I have ever eaten. The pastrami out of this world totally melts in your mouth. The red sauerkraut absolutely delicious. One of my favorite new sandwiches. Also love the elk meat for our over the open fire goulash. You guys rock!!!!
Wow. The Berkshire pork chops are like nothing I've ever had. Rich, moist and flavorful but none of the "porky" taste. How did I live this long without finding it!

Kangaroos are not farm raised, they are wild kangaroos indiscriminately and uncaringly shot at night in the wild. Their joeys are bashed to death, non killing shots are left to die a slow agonizing death and at foot joeys, still dependant on mum's milk, who escape die a slow and agonising death from starvation, and predation. those who eat Kangaroo meat clearly have no idea of the risk to human health, parasites etc the kangaroo has. they are our native animals. stop killing our kangaroos.
