My insurance changed so I started coming to Dr Hoerr at Forward Dental. He correctly diagnosed my pain and recommended root canal treatment. After that I returned to Dr Hoerr for the permanent filling which he did very efficiently. The team worked well together, explained everything to me as well as offered options. I was very satisfied with the dental care I received at the Franklin location.
I called the office that Dr. Singh practices at the day after I broke part of my tooth off. She and her office were able to accommodate me immediately with no previous notice from myself. Dr. Singh and her staff were extremely polite and professional during my appointment. I suffer from very severe dental problems and she was very compassionate and understanding towards me and my condition. Outstanding experience. I had substantial issues with my teeth sure to lifelong teeth grinding during sleep. I was so embarrassed about the state of my teeth that would avoid going to a dentist. Dr Mehta made me feel so comfortable and provided comprehensive care and has given me 2 great crowns! I'll recommend her to anyone, any day for further care.
I was scheduled for a 7 am dental appointment on November 29th, 2021 to replace two temporary fillings from a resent root canal. These were to be replaced within two weeks of the root canal being finished. I arrived to the Franklin Forward Dental office at 6:45 am. After siting there for 45 minutes, I was told that my appointment was canceled due to the dentist not coming in because her assistant was not available. Dr Alberti actually LISTENS to a patient's concerns and future needs. She EXPLAINS what's going to happen before beginning a procedure. When a patient is approaching a new dental process, we're all emotionally 12 year-olds, regardless of our chronological age.
I highly recommend Dr. Hana Alberti! She has the best chair side manner of any dentist I’ve ever seen. She explains EVERY step and move she makes in your mouth before she does it. And she consistently asks how you’re doing. She even coaches you on the best way to breathe during your procedure.
Dr. Alberti explained way more than any other dentist has to me including my recent dentist at Cudahy Dental. She made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, explained things to me so that I could understand. She spent an hour with me and I am so glad I found her and hope to continue with her until I die!!

She does amazing work and makes me feel at ease always. Dr.Alberti and Marci go out of their way to make a genuine connection with their patients. There’s not a better duo out there!
