My experience was unpleasant. As a tenant and business owner, they were very rude, and without any explanation they terminated the contract. Their response was: "it's business, it's to protect our interests." If you want a space to grow and develop your business, stay away from the Madison Circle "Executive" Building. Excellent Building
Rudy Yañes was professional and very welcoming. He was able to show us a couple of units for rent in the Cicero area and was able to answer all lingering questions. Overall, Forte Properties will work with your situation. They are professional, friendly, and don't push/force you to make a decision/apply. It's a nice company to work with.
Bradley Forté, the president of the corporation is a rich crook who would squeeze money out of poor people just to get richer.
We had a great dinner at Forte. A group of 8 and we all loved what we ordered. My husband and I ordered the Warm Burrata, Branzino and Veal Chop and finished the meal with the Dark Chocolate Nutella Croissant bread pudding (a must have). A BIG thank you to Tim for making that night so pleasant and always checking on our table to see if we needed anything.
