After test-driving a vehicle on Saturday, I've received multiple call and text messages every day since, each from a different sales representative. We made it extraordinarily clear that we would not be ready to make a purchase of any kind for several weeks. They are quickly discovering the way to lose my business permanently.

Fort Mill Hyundai should Honor the price they quote you and rebates they promise you. Shady, Unethicial we paid $1000.00 more than agreed upon. Be VERY careful what you sign! Unfortunately we did not realize until 3 months in when wanting to pay off Hyundai auto financing. Check your figures over and over don't be us.

I have always been provided great customer service. During my last visit, I bought a new car and I was given a fantastic deal that no other dealership could even come close too. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Tom in the service department really does go the extra mile for you. He’s very polite, respectful and understands you!
A friend of mine is having terrible issues with you guys— you’ve had her car since early Jan and haven’t offered her a loaner car nor been proactive in communicating updates on her car. You’ve had her car at this point TWO MONTHS and no completion date in sight. I’ve bought with you before but will never again. People who have responded to this post have also had similar issues. You should be ashamed. I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know not to buy from this place!
