I love my Santa Fe it's a 2007 and has never left me stranded!! 2019 and just bought a 2017 Santa Fe! love them! I was talking to sales assistant and he was talking about his Grandmother and her recent health issues and I told him about my Husband Having stage 4 cancer and I was speechless when manager came in and ask could we all pray for healing of my husband's cancer !! I was blowed away!!! they have a customer for life!!! THANK YOU ALL!
Horrible customer service. Jamar the dealership manager is never available giving the feeling that he is avoiding customers. I was sold a NEW Hyundai Sonata in January 2019 that broke down after 300 miles and needed an engine replacement. I was sold a car that should not have been on the lot!! It had an existing recall on it that they chose to ignore. To date they have done NOTHING to take ownership and resolve situation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!
RecommendedService center was great and fast! Loved everything about the place! Free refreshments was nice! I Recommend anyone to go to Fort Mill Hyundai!
