HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Lied about a car being available, bait and switch tactics, still advertising a car online that is supposedly "sold".
Just never go to South Charlotte Hyundai! Fort Mill is EXCELLENT!
Owner of 2013 Genesis 14 months old Leather began bunching up and wrinkling in the drivers seat. i have always owned Toyotas and made the jump to Hyundai when we purchased the Genesis. Much to my surprise the dealer has decided not to repair the loose leather with the explanation being normal wear and tear. This isn't break pads or wipers it is the supposedly quality leather that comes with a high end auto purchase. i thought they would stand behind the quality of their product but not so. i had to generate all communication... read more
