I am always very pleased with the service and the quality of repairs. Problems are explained clearly and they give options. I had to wait for the car but it was not longer than they said it would be. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help.
Strange to say this but a great experience at a well run dealership, replaced my wife's 20 year old car here. They were receptive to my counter to their offer on her car and we made a deal. There was no running back and forth. It was worth the drive to Ft. Mill from Columbia, they were the only ones that returned my inquiry about a car I saw on line and that means a lot to me. They know what they are doing, thanks guys.
Friendly, reasonable prices. Took care of issues that was wrong with my vehicle. Tom Furry goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is always satisfied.
We leased 2 cars & were very impressed with how smoothly & efficiently the process was! Our salesman Alex was awesome! One car was for my daughter with no credit. We were able to add her as the co-owner so that she could start to establish credit and told them what she could afford & they were able to work with us! We were very happy & are enjoying our new vehicles!
This dealership is horrible. You work with a sales person who says to come down and they will work out a deal and then the finance guy shoots you down and doesn't bother listening and working with you. Why would you waste someone's time, not to mention your own time, by having us come down there just to be rejected. Everyone in the dealership was also incredibly rude, not listening to what you were actually saying and walking out in the middle of a deal.
