Service department never returned my husbands call to set up an oil change. I finally got it set up and spent over an hour waiting on a simple oil change to then be mocked by David when he assumed I couldn't see or hear him in the front after I asked if there was something wrong with my car as an oil change shouldn't take more than 30 minutes. Luckily Donnie was extremely helpful and apologetic to rectify the situation.
Nail in tire they took great care of me!!! They were very busy but worked me in in a very timely manner!
I purchased my Sonata in May and had an absolutely fabulous experience. Jonathan Lesh was so helpful and got me into the car I wanted following a car accident. I absolutely recommend anyone and everyone to Fort Mill Hyundai!

My husband and I just purchased a 2015 Sonata from Fort Mill Hyundai and had a great experience. I strongly recommend going to see Bryan Kramer if you are in the market for a new car! We have purchased 4 cars in the last 2 years and this was by far the best experience, all thanks to Bryan! On another note, as hard as it was to convince myself to make the switch from Honda to Hyundai, I am so happy that I did! My sonata has many features that are not even available in new accords and I love driving it!
