Does not even deserve a star. I have been in multiple airports and this has been the worst experience ever!! It took me more than 3 hrs to go through customs and barely made it to my connecting flight with out my luggage. Had to go back to the airport the next day to pick it up. Very unorganized and staff does not know what they are doing. They send people anywhere and do not know how to direct people to right location.
tSA got carried away rubbing my privates. I was in a swimsuit. Total degrading Never to return to Florida .

Our flight was delayed not once, but twice! We have been here for 8 hours and still not sure what time we are gonna get home! There was only one lady at Starbucks that was actually friendly in the whole airport...everyone was extremely rude! Jmo

You have to leave the airport getOn a shuttle and drive to another airport to make your connecting flight. No one is helping me
Everything about this place is a cluster. Ride Share is a disaster.
