I have been calling the help toll-free number for the last hour or so and I keep getting the same recording “No one is available to take your call at this time. Please try again later.” Like what the fuck?!!! I wanted some assistance about my lost luggage. I flew from Providence to FTL via JetBlue and waited for my connecting flight to Nassau. The airport ride share process is a complete disgrace. Buses, hotel shuttles, ride share, and anything else this airport has no formal process for are confined to a small area where frustrated drivers and people’s safety obviously don’t matter.
