Absolutely the worst food concessions in terminal 2 and 3! Terrible
Went for holiday and found it convenient for a direct flight from Gatwick, but when you land they make you take a bus that takes like 15 minutes than a huge line that only 20 people at the time where passing to than find another huge line for a machine that controls your passport, than when you think you are finished yet another line to get though immigration where that have no idea how to organice, than finally when u get to immigration they treat you very bad and don’t even reply when you say good morning.. than another li... read more

Fortunately, there was enough space for everyone to sit. That was the second time I've had to fly into this airport and nothing has changed as many of you said.
I texted at 950 at 1015 I asked about the status. I didn't get my vehicle until 1030.
