The parking and transportation is a utter joke. Rideshare is at least a 20 minute wait all the time and no more economy parking.
Will definitely be avoiding this airport from now on if possible. First time here and every employee we encountered was SO RUDE. Not helpful whatsoever.

Great airport. They are very helpful.
We travel frequently between Europe and Florida. FLL is the absolutely WORST airport in the entire US. We have complained many time to the airlines, but I don`t expect anything to be done ever. They are so understaffed in immigration that 3 hours waiting in line is the normal. Elderly people are about to pass out. Crowd control? There is none. Their staff is busy playing games and making jokes - in addition to rudeness. Getting to and from car rental - cattle transportation is probably more comfortable. No matter what - when... read more
