The restrooms are disgusting. I just went in it right after the cleaning person was there and there were cockroaches in the stall! Need to figure something else out, especially the area that the majority of your patrons utilize.
TSA people don't care about time they stop and talk knowing your right. Thier waiting also why you need to go through screening again when you have connecting flights

RSW is nicer, but is expensive (both flights and rental cars) and has a poor selection of flights. The terminals are cramped and overcrowded, and there is not a good selection of places to eat after security. But I would still recommend Fort Lauderdale over Miami because MIA is just so huge. And then you have to deal with Miami traffic. If renting a car at FLL, I recommend flying Southwest or United, as they use Terminal 1, which is connected to the rental car center by a moving walkway. Otherwise, you have to take a bus.
The curse of all airports is the “lack of effective and timely communication” when something goes wrong. As I write this I am standing with 150 fellow passengers waiting for luggage to arrive. So far we’ve been here over 30 minutes. No news no updates just people milling about frustrated.
This Airport is run by incompetent and careless people. Sunpass works everywhere except FLL. It's frustrated to enter the parking using the sunpass and in the way out the lines are close.
Nothing to do waiting for the plane. Small cramped waiting area which is over crowded
Most disorganized airport I've ever been in. It's such a disaster it's almost a hazard.
Not a good experience. Rental car shuttle waiting time is extremely bad. This needs to be fixed.
