Travelling British Airways from Ft Lauderdale Airport to London Gatwick Airport. Terrible experience in relation to facilities especially the lack of airline or airport lounges despite travelling Business Class. Minimal amount of food and beverages outlets airside and very uncomfortable seating. Next time will fly out of Miami for my flight home!
Huge thank you to the Hibiscis staff who were quick to give us a jump when we returned to a dead battery in a late night flight! You guys rock!
This is the fastest airport I have been through. From getting out the car to the gate is less than 10 minutes every time I fly out of here.
This airport is awful. You would think an airport near a cruise port would have proper seating for those people getting back from cruises who couldn't get a flight till later in the day. Not being able to check bags till 4 hours before a flight and having people sit on the floor waiting to check in is absolutely disgusting.
So far, this has been the most unfriendly, slower, smelly, boring, dirty airport I have ever been. Jet blue kiosks are extremely slow, the bathroom super stinky, limites stores and variety of food and the chili’s here used the least quality of food ever had! I’m surprised and disappointed that such a beautiful city has such a bad airport....coming back but it’s only because I already purchased my ticket... would prefer theWest Palm Beach airport! Smaller but definitely not stinky!

Cheaper alternative to Miami International for the majority of competitive destinations serviced at FLL
