We recently flew in and out of FLL. Since so many seniors are traveling to Florida, it’s inconceivable that anyone thought it would be a good idea to have hotel and Uber pick ups so far away from where people get off the airplanes. It’s hard enough to get to and from your gate if you’re not young and healthy and then you find out you have to leave the terminal and walk with luggage to a special lot! Won’t be booking any trips through here again. Just can’t do it.

Worst airport in America. Terrible customer service. Plenty of restaurants, but no food. Busiest travel day in America and they couldn't figure out how to do their jobs effectively. Oddly enough TSA was the most pleasant and they aren't even being paid today. Spend extra, fly out of Miami.

Checked in and the agent was complaining about something to her coworker while checking me in for my (American Airlines) flight. Expensive food and crappy choices. I literally walked through all of terminal 3 and nothing was remotely appealing. The shops are nothing to write home about. The power was broken in the two places closest to my gate. Solid D-.
I do not like this airport. Most airports are open with lots of shops and restaurants. Once you het through security you are in a ting closed off area with a couple of shops and restaurants. For someone on a restricted diet you can’t eat pizza and sandwiches and there are no other choices. No where to walk around and not enough cell phone chargers
