I have never had a bad experience at Fort Lauderdale airport
Great airport to fly in and out of. The customer service reps and anyone who works there will answer any questions you have. They are not only helpful..but friendly. Good restaurants and very clean. Nice shops. Comfortable areas to sit while you are waiting.

What in the world is going on in customs? We landed and were deplaned at 10:30. We have been in line for 90 minutes!!! Now the line stopped moving. This is ridiculous!
Horrible. Nothing to eat before TSA, it’s freezing cold inside, and half the outlets don’t work. Customs had a ridiculously long waiting time. And I had to wait forever for my checked bag. I’m never flying through this airport again.
I recommend the FL Airport because last year I was there to take my flight to Puerto Rico and the all process for board was excellent and the flight was on time.
Faster, quicker and quieter than MIA. If you fly into South FLA, fly into Fort Lauderdale
