vacuums don't work out the time have to run the car through twice to get it clean people are not friendly or helpful there

i went to get a car wash and end up leaving with a messed up windshield with chips of glass coming from it...
Not a great experience today, can't help the mechanical issue, even though it finally opened at 920am or so BUT there was not enough people to prespray front and back end, so they stacked the cars in a row to clear the 20+ car backlog...as such my $21 Grand Slam didn't do the job, I spent more time recleaning than drying....Also, towards middle to the end, 3 of the vacuums have 25%
Not impressed!!!! I wanted the bug splat gone and it wasn't!!!! The dude thought he tricked me into getting a deal on a more expensive wash for Cheap. It took all about 3 mins the entire wash. Very bad���
