Has gone down hill from a year ago. They rush you through and do not spray down your car before it goes through. They use to have a guy on each side spraying down front,sides,rear and wheels and wheel wells. Now the car comes out still dirty and the back of your car is terrible. I have spoken to them and the people they have there now don’t seem to care. They just want to jam as many cars through and quality of service went down the crapper!! Shame on you guys!!!!
I cancelled my unlimited wash on March 23rd. Their reply was we’ll give you one month free. I was charged on April 17th for another month.
I really do not know what to do to cancel my membership I already went to their car wash they gave me an email I have already sent more than three messages and nothing more l have not canceled since more than two months ago I do not have this vehicle does not seem I am just paying that bad service for your clients, I will not recommend it as a good option since I cannot cancel whenever I want

Paid for a car wash and then was told to leave and come back another time because they didn’t want me sitting and waiting for a vacuum spot to open up.
Just went through the car wash and I don’t think I’ll be back. I’ve been coming since they opened and it’s just more frustration than it’s worth now. First off you gotta go through the cashier where you choose the wash and get interrogated about where you live and why you don’t want the unlimited plan. I must have said no 4 times and been questioned about why I said no each time. After that your rushed through the wash and as I got to the detail bay, the vacuums didn’t work! Usually good service but today was ridiculous, they had the vacuums blocked by the vip line and told me to go around and wouldnt let me get to the vacuums that they had completely blocked each way. The guy directing the line was extremely rude and unhelpful. For a $15 car wash I only went there for so I could use the vacuums, ridiculous!
