They are beyond annoying them trying get you to sign up for their unlimited plan. I dont go as often as I used to for that reason. Same goes for all the Russell's speeders. No means no why cant they understand that.

What's the point of listing a phone number if no one ever answers it. Every single time I called, I got redirected to other areas and was either told to leave a message or the call was just ended. Ridiculous. I'll be canceling my unlimited was membership this afternoon.
Not the greatest experience very unprofessional staff when you show up and you don't buy the 50$ carwash they act like you are bothering them
I have used the car wash before and loved it but what really stuck out today was my car got stuck in the snow and one of the gentlemen came out to help my hubby push my car out of the snow. He didn’t have to do that and it meant a lot that he did. Awesome service even without a car wash !
I was always a big fan of the carwash one of my favorites in fact to take my 2018 Silverado, would go a couple times a week all the employees were super helpful until till today when a new guy was hired and was giving me attitude and had disrespectful tone with me because the sticker wouldn’t read thru my tinted windshield... very disappointed will no be renewing my membership
Always use this place to keep my car clean. Today I had a low tire and had a terrible time finding an air hose. These guys had one at no charge and a very friendly employee to help out. Great neighbors with a terrific product! Thanks Fort Crook Car Wash
Went to ft crook car wash and was amazed by the effort and quality of service I witnessed very amazing that these fellas washed the leafs and dirt out of the truck in front of me.this is why I will continue to use ft crook car wash for my wife and my vehicles thanks for the awesome service fellas
