It used to be great, but they have speeded up the wash so much that they don't have time to even get all the way around with the pre-wash. Goes through so fast it doesn't have a chance to dry. My car came out still dirty and I went through a second time. Still not as clean as it should be, no rags for drying. If they want to be on the Best Of Omaha list, they better step up their game. Disappointed in the change for the worse.
This place started out strong both in pricing and customer service but on busy days they speed up the carwash and my vehicle comes out still dirty and wet. Bays are neglected missing cleaners and clean towels. Nozle falls off vacuum. Prices are decent but have lost value because you still have a dirty vehicle.
I’ve been trying to cancel my unlimited car wash for about 3 months now. I’ve emailed the email given to us twice now and I’m STILL getting charged. It’s ridiculous that I’m getting charged for a service I’m no longer using and every time I call I get redirected to different messages and can never talk to a real person. I’m very unhappy with this service.

I've tried 4 times to cancel my membership and nothing happened. I moved away and have no point in using this membership. I have been billed twice already. I'm fed up. I am at a point where it might be easier to just cancel my card.
Guy that works there name Bruno lies to you about purchasing packages there, tells u you’ll pay one time and I’m getting charged monthly.
Did a very bad job washing my little car (still covered in bug residue, road dirt, and dust). Sales guy was way too pushy and did not give me a receipt for the $30 car wash. Will not be back.
