The staff are awesome. They will always tell you ahead of time if something else is needed before they continue the work.
Had a very pleasant experience with Rod, our salesman, and Curtis, the pre owned manager. The process took quite a while (our fault because we were waiting on our bank to issue a pre approval letter) and Dani Palmer entertained our 8 and 6 year for probably two solid hours. I would definitely recommend Fort Bend Kia to others.
