Where do I begin? I wish I could say this was a great review but, no. Maybe it was the finance manager. He seemed to be a little sexist and treated me as if I was an incompetent female unable of understanding “how car dealerships work.” Or maybe it was the GM, Enrique, who would avoid my calls (a little understandable now that I know he had no intention of solving my problem) and also pass my call around the office. Can’t say enough about the care given to us from start to finish of my daughter’s first car buying experience. I don’t particularly like most car buying experiences. The staff at Fort Bend Kia offered great attention to detail without being “pushy” or impersonal. I highly recommend.

As someone else said, think about maintenance and service needs for your vehicle before purchasing. Because of this dealership’s service department and store owner, I do not recommend you purchase a Kia, especially one from this dealership. They have not completed my requested services and allowed me to leave the dealership with an issue that caused other problems to my car despite me inquiring as to if it was okay to leave.
