When I purchased my car in 2015 customer service was amazing but 2019 the customer service is not very good. They in my opinion are not honorable. They were so good in 2015.
RecommendedFt. Bend Kia is simply amazing!!! Shane and I bought a 2019 Kia Sorento and everyone was beyond amazing!!!! Our salesman Bob was the best!!!! He didn't hassle us for anything. Enrique came out to talk to us as well and was super helpful!! The biggest shout out goes to Kelly she went above and beyond for us and we can't thank her enough!!! Thank you to everyone at Ft. Bend Kia this was by far the best buying experience we have ever experienced!!! We are super excited to be part of the Ft. Bend Kia Family!!!!!

You talk about an amazing dealership? I went in to look at a certified pre-owned that I found online and was relieved that they do not engage in high pressure tactics. Arseniy was my salesman and he was awesome! So nice and easy to work with. I loved the car that I went in to look at, but had to leave town the next day for work....when I returned a few days later to purchase my car, Arseniy and the entire staff made it as easy as could be! The entire staff was awesome! Zo, our salesman was a straight shooter, no haggle kinda guy..and we didn't have to wait all day to drive out with the vehicle we wanted! And a big thank you to Curtis and Debby for pushing things along! Y'all are the best!
I am beyond impressed with Kia. Really happy with both of the cars we purchased. Bob has gone above and beyond for us. I have had trouble with Discount Tire for 3 weeks not being able to find a tire to match the ones on my sportage. Gave Bob a call and he told me he would take care of me in a minute. Thank you Kia, you guys have the best service and most friendly we have seen!
