Food is greatly improved from the original menu but the Formosa retains its legendary classic Hollywood vibe that made it an iconic Hollywood haunt for generations. Many thanks to the new owners for saving a priceless piece of LA nightlife!

Hadn’t been back since the second round of renovations/restoration. It’s gorgeous! The food was delicious. I used to go there all the time in the 80s, so I miss the old school bartenders and waitresses. That’s when this place was the real deal.
